HOW TO REGISTER
In order to register for the Congress please register online and be sure to submit your registration. Registration is valid on receipt of payment that must be submitted at the same time. Payments can be made by secured online credit card payment. Upon receipt of your completed registration form and payment, you will receive a written confirmation or an e-mail of your registration.
LATE REGISTRATIONS
Registration remains open during and after the congress, but please note that the congress secretariat manually imports your details to the congress platform (in due time). We will be uploading all new bookings asap but please take into account some processing time especially during evening and night hours.
ONLINE REGISTRATION
Registration is closed! We hope to meet you next year in Goteborg!
ROYAL CANIN YOUNG VET REGISTRATION
The Royal Canin young vet registration won't open in 2021. All selected applicants from 2020 are granted a free registration in 2021. The deposits paid in 2020 will be refunded after the congress in 2021.

The registration fee for all participants includes
- Admission to the online congress platform
- Admission to all sessions (following the live stream or on demand)
- Admission to the online congress platform one week before the congress starts
- Admission to the recordings of all sessions (available asap after the congress for a period of 2 months and ESVNU for 1 month)
- Digital certificate of attendance
- Online access to the proceedings hosted via VIN
- Access to the poster presentations
- Access to the virtual exhibition area
RACE APPROVAL
This year's programme is approved for 21 RACE CE points. This will also be evidenced on your Certificate of Attendance that will be e-mailed to you after the congress.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
A certificate of attendance can be downloaded after submission of the online evaluation which will be requested to fill in after the congress. You will receive an invitation via the email after the congress.
ONLINE PROCEEDINGS
The online proceedings will be available 2 weeks before the congress. You will receive a personal login code to access the proceedings. You can download the manuscripts, orals and posters etc. and save them on your computer or print them. The online proceedings will be available in the ECVIM-CA congress website login area.
PAYMENTS
Registration is valid on receipt of payment that must be submitted at the same time. Payments can be made by secured online credit card payment or paypal only. Upon receipt of your completed registration form and payment, you will receive a written confirmation or an e-mail of your registration. All payments should be made in EUROS (€). Personal cheques and foreign currency are not accepted. More information about payment procedure can be found in the online registration form.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are not possible for the online congress, once registered, no refund will be done upon cancellation.
PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
During conferences organized by PCO / Stichting ECVIM-CA Congress Foundation it is possible that photos and/or videos are made. These photos and/or videos can be used for or on publicly accessible websites for illustration purposes and/or to give form to the website(s) related to PCO / Stichting ECVIM-CA Congress Foundation and/or for or in news items, reports, newsletters, guides, leaflets, advertising and/or social media related to PCO / Stichting ECVIM-CA Congress Foundation. You are entitled at any time to object to this processing of personal data by sending a statement to that effect to PCO / Stichting ECVIM-CA Congress Foundation. PCO / Stichting ECVIM-CA Congress Foundation will, where reasonably possible, erase the personal data and, if this is not possible, cease further use of the personal data.
