The Welcome Reception will be hosted in the Estrel Theatre from 18.00–19.00 hrs. Preregistration opens already at 17.30 hrs in the Rotunda area—an ideal moment to collect your materials, enjoy a refreshing drink, and reconnect with colleagues in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Poster reception
Thursday 10 September | 16.40-17.40 hrs.

The Poster Reception will take place across the exhibition area and the newly expanded Poster Area in Foyer 3. With a record number of poster contributions this year, the display has been arranged across two dedicated spaces to give each presentation the attention it deserves. During the reception, you’ll have the perfect opportunity to explore the posters at your own pace and engage with the presenters. Local snacks and drinks will be served along!

Congress evening (Walking dinner) & Dance Party

The Congress evening (Walking dinner) & Dance Party will take place at the iconic Alte Münze in Berlin. Located on the banks of the Spree, Alte Münze is a former state mint with a rich industrial heritage. Once home to coin production in the early 20th century, the venue now serves as one of Berlin’s most atmospheric cultural spaces, featuring a blend of historic architecture and creative urban flair.
For the congress, we will make use of several areas within the Alte Münze complex
The evening will start at 19.30 hrs with a welcoming aperitif, setting the tone for a festive and refined night. Immediately afterwards, the diploma ceremony will take place in the Prague Halle.
At approximately 20.30 hrs, the walking dinner will begin. A variety of local culinary creations will be served from several arranged food stations throughout the venue.
Please note that this is not a seated dinner, but a walking dinner designed to encourage movement, conversation, and exploration. The ticket price includes beverages for the entire evening.
From 22.30 hrs onwards, the Prague Halle will open its doors for the dance party. For guests who prefer a calmer setting, a number of comfortable lounge areas will be available for relaxed conversation.
A cloakroom is provided; however, we kindly ask that you do not bring laptops, tablets, or similar valuables to be stored there.

Farewell drink

The farewell drink will be organised for all delegates. Nibbles and drinks will be served.
