The congress will be held as an live in-person event between the 10th and 12th of September, 2026, in the ESTREL in Berlin, Germany.
In addition this year, after the congress, all lectures and abstracts (orals and posters) will be available in the form of recordings for those who could not attend in person. You can register for the online recordings access via the link on this page. 
Please note that online recordings access to all lectures will be available asap after the congress and access remains available till 31 January 2027. All lectures and oral abstract presentations will be recorded during the congress in Berlin. As registered participant you are able to view all lectures AFTER the congress, so you cannot participate live in discussions or Q and A. 

HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE ONLINE RECORDING ACCESS
In order to register for the online recordings access please register via the link above and be sure to submit your registration. Registration is valid on receipt of payment that must be submitted at the same time. Payments can be made by secured online credit card payment. Upon receipt of your completed registration form and payment, you will receive a written confirmation or an e-mail of your registration.

REGISTATION FEES
Please note that all registration fees and social events are excluding VAT. This year there is a price difference between early, regular and late registrations. 

* NL VAT will be standard rated at 21% for Dutch participants.
Local VAT will be added to EU private participants (based on billing address country).

 
The registration fee for all participants includes
- Online access to the proceedings
- Recording access to all lectures AFTER the congress. Access remains available till 31 January 2027. 

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
A certificate of attendance can be downloaded after submission of the online evaluation which will be requested to filled in. You will receive an invitation via the email. 

ONLINE PROCEEDINGS
The online proceedings will be available ASAP after the congress. You will receive a personal login code to access the proceedings. You can download the keynote messages, orals and posters etc. and save them on your computer or print them. 
As the Executive Committee of the congress thinks of the environment and wants to create a "Green" congress, a printed proceedings book will no longer be available. Please note that there won't be any printing facilities onsite to make print outs of the online proceedings.

PAYMENTS
Registration is valid on receipt of payment that must be submitted at the same time. Payments can only be made via secured online credit card payment. Upon receipt of your completed registration form and payment, you will receive a written confirmation or an e-mail of your registration. All payments should be made in EUROS (€). Personal cheques, foreign currency and cash payments on-site are not accepted. More information about payment procedure can be found in the online registration form. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing in case of cancellations. 
Cancellation till the 1st of May, no costs
Cancellation from or on 1st of May, no refunds will be made

PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
Photos and/or videos can be taken at conferences. These photos/videos can be used on public websites of us or our customers as an illustration or in news items, reports, newsletters, guides, brochures, advertisements and/or social media of us or our customers. Photos and videos can be processed in the United States (e.g. by Google's YouTube). Our basis for being allowed to process the data is our legitimate interest to be able to share photos/videos for journalistic purposes and to increase our brand awareness and/or the reputation of the conference or the customer. The infringement of your privacy is limited as much as possible by informing you in advance and giving you the opportunity to object to the processing. If you object to the processing, we will remove the photos/videos online where possible and we will stop using them offline.
