USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI)
The use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools (e.g. for text generation, image creation, code development, data processing, or translation) must be disclosed in both the cover letter to the editor and the abstract (typically in the Materials and Methods or Acknowledgements section, as appropriate). Authors should also refer to the the COPE position statement on Authorship and AI  for further guidance.

Authors who use AI tools during abstract preparation, image or graphical content creation, or data collection and analysis must clearly describe how the AI tool was used and identify the specific tool(s) employed. Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and originality of all content, including any material generated or assisted by AI, and are accountable for compliance with publication ethics.

ACKNOWLEDGING SUCCESSFUL SUBMISSION
When your abstract is successfully submitted, you will receive an acknowledgement by email, containing details of the exact submission (including title, co-authors, and text). Please take the time to check this carefully and contact the congress secretariat (info@ecvimcongress.org) as soon as possible if there are any errors. Please make sure that you check that co-author details are correct, as these cannot subsequently be changed either. If you do not reply, we will assume that you are happy with the final submitted version.
