Lauren Trepanier, DVM, PhD, DACVIM, DACVCP Dr. Trepanier graduated with distinction from Cornell University and completed an internship and residency in small animal internal medicine at the Animal Medical Center in New York. She then obtained a PhD in Pharmacology, also at Cornell. She is Professor of Internal Medicine and Assistant Dean for Clinical and Translational Research at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Trepanier manages internal medicine referral cases, trains students, interns, and residents, and conducts research on the pharmacogenetics of adverse drug reactions and environmental cancer risk. Dr. Trepanier is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Veterinary Clinical Pharmacology.
