Pascaline Pey is a Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging (ECVDI) and owns a PhD degree. She graduated from the National Veterinary School of Alfort (Paris) in 2007 where she also accomplished a small animal rotating internship. She joined Ghent University in 2008 to complete a 4-year residency program in Diagnostic Imaging. She became a Diplomate of the ECVDI in 2012. She then moved to Canada where she worked as a clinical instructor in the Veterinary University of Montréal (Saint-Hyacinthe). In 2014, she returned to Europe where she became assistant professor and in charge of the Medical Imaging Department of the National Veterinary School of Alfort (Paris). She started working for Antech Imaging Services in 2012, initially part time, and she enjoyed it so much that she became a full time staff radiologist. From 2016 to 2017 she worked for AIS exclusively, from her home in Italy. She then started a position of Associate Professor at the university of Bologna. She is working full time there since december 2017.
She is the author and co-author of more than 30 scientific publications in international peer-reviewed veterinary journals. She has also been taking part actively in several national and international congresses where she received the award of the 2010 EVDI best resident oral presentation, the 2011 ECVIM-CA 3rd best poster presentation and the 2012 IVRA Rhodes award for the best oral presentation.
She is secretary of the ECVDI.
