ONLINE REGISTRATION

Registration for the ECVIM-CA Congress in Berlin will open in the beginning of 2026!

HOW TO REGISTER
In order to register for the Congress please register online and be sure to submit your registration. Registration is valid on receipt of payment that must be submitted at the same time. Payments can be made by secured online credit card payment. Upon receipt of your completed registration form and payment, you will receive a written confirmation or an e-mail of your registration. 

REGISTATION FEES (including 19% German VAT)

The registration fee for all participants includes
- Admission to all sessions
- Admission to the exhibition and poster area
- Lunches 
- Coffee breaks
- Poster reception
- Farewell drink
- Digital certificate of attendance
- WIFI in the congress centre
- Online access to the proceedings 
- Printed final programme
- Recordings access to all lectures (no  access for ONE-DAY REGISTRATIONS)
- 4-day (Wednesday - Saturday) public transport use via your congress badge! In zone ABC in Berlin.

Please note that you will not receive a congress bag!!!

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
A certificate of attendance can be downloaded after submission of the online evaluation which will be requested to be filled in after the congress. You will receive an invitation via the email after the congress. 

ONLINE PROCEEDINGS
Participants will have WIFI access onsite in the congress centre. This will enable you to read the proceedings of the congress (manuscripts from invited speakers, oral and poster abstracts) online during the congress and make your own notes. The online proceedings will be available 2 weeks before the congress. You will receive a personal login code to access the proceedings. You can download the manuscripts, orals and posters etc. and save them on your computer or print them. 
As the Executive Committee of the congress thinks of the environment and wants to create a "Green" congress, a printed proceedings book will no longer be available. Please note that there won't be any printing facilities onsite to make print outs of the online proceedings.

ROYAL CANIN YOUNG VET REGISTRATION

The submission for the Royal Canin Yong Vet registration will open on February 1, 2026

Thanks to the generous support of our long-term partner Royal Canin as in previous years, veterinary young professionals who are 35 years or less on the first day of the scientific sessions (Thursday 10 September 2026) and not a diplomate are invited to apply for sponsorship of the registration fee to attend the main congress scientific sessions.
For a chance at free registration, complete the form as soon as possible!
The number of places allocated for young vets is strictly limited and will be selected by Royal Canin. The submission will be closed when the number of free complimentary registrations is reached. Applications made before or after this period will be dismissed.
Please note that submission of an application does not guarantee a free congress registration. You will receive a confirmation/rejection of whether you are entitled to the free Royal Canin registration before 31 March 2026

PAYMENTS
Registration is valid on receipt of payment that must be submitted at the same time. Payments can only be made via secured online credit card payment. Upon receipt of your completed registration form and payment, you will receive a written confirmation or an e-mail of your registration. All payments should be made in EUROS (€). Personal cheques, foreign currency and cash payments on-site are not accepted. More information about payment procedure can be found in the online registration form. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing in case of cancellations. 
Cancellation till the 1st of April, no costs
Cancellation from or on the 1st of April up to the 1st of May, 50,00 € cancellation costs
Cancellation from or on 1st of May up to 1st of July 200,00 € cancellation costs
Cancellation from or on 1st of July or no show, no refunds will be made.
Pleaes note that no reimbursements will be made in case of a positive COVID test result, either before or during the congress. In this case you will have access to recordings. 

PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
Photos and/or videos can be taken at conferences. These photos/videos can be used on public websites of us or our customers as an illustration or in news items, reports, newsletters, guides, brochures, advertisements and/or social media of us or our customers. Photos and videos can be processed in the United States (e.g. by Google's YouTube). Our basis for being allowed to process the data is our legitimate interest to be able to share photos/videos for journalistic purposes and to increase our brand awareness and/or the reputation of the conference or the customer. The infringement of your privacy is limited as much as possible by informing you in advance and giving you the opportunity to object to the processing. If you object to the processing, we will remove the photos/videos online where possible and we will stop using them offline.
