How to Register
In order to register for the Congress please register online and be sure to submit your registration. Registration is valid on receipt of payment that must be submitted at the same time. Payments can be made by bank transfer or secured online credit card payment. Upon receipt of your completed registration form and payment, you will receive a written confirmation or an e-mail of your registration.

Congress badge
You can use the city bus (by showing your congress badge) to visit the city in the evening and for your daily transportation between your hotel and the congress venue.
A city bus stops in front of MECC Maastricht every 10 minutes.

The registration area in the conference centre will be open for registration:
Wednesday 5 September: 14.00 - 16.00 hours
Please note that there will be no possibility to register during the welcome reception. You cannot pick up your badge and congress bag during the welcome reception.
Thursday 6 September: 07.30 - 17.30 hours
Friday 7 September: 08.00 - 16.30 hours
Saturday 8 September: 08.00 - 16.30 hours
Cancellation policy
If you wish to cancel or change your booking within one month after registration a fee of € 50.00 will be charged. After this period cancellation will not result in a refund. Changes made more than one month after registration will result in an additional charge of € 75.00.
