Posters will be displayed throughout the meeting. The poster size is A0 (118,9 cm – 84,1 cm), portrait format. Authors are required to attend their posters to answer questions during the poster-viewing session on Thursday 6 September 2012 from 16.40 to 17.40.
To make sure that your abstract will be included in the printed proceedings, it is required that you have registered for the congress before the 15th of July 2012. Your abstract will be withdrawn from the on-line proceedings in the case that you do not attend the congress and the poster-viewing session.

Poster Award
All contributors younger than 35 years will automatically be submitted for one of the awards of the main sponsors and ECVIM-CA Congress Foundation. It is, therefore, important that you indicate your age and date of birth during the on-line research communication submission.

Congress registration
Presenters of abstracts (oral and poster) must register for the entire congress at reduced costs (Free communication rate). Please inform us as soon as possible if, after your abstract is accepted, you cannot attend the congress. Oral and or poster presenters who do not attend the congress (and do not inform us that they cannot attend) will not be allowed either to submit an abstract or to attend congress the following year. Further, the abstract will be withdrawn from the online proceedings, and will not be published in the respective scientific journal.

Please note that there is no honorarium or travel fund for abstract presenters.
