In case that the conference cannot be held for any reason we guarantee that your full subscription fee will be refunded. During the conference, that officially starts during the welcome reception on Wednesday evening prior and ends officially after the farewell party on Saturday, we cannot be held responsible for your personal belongings or damage done to it or yourself.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel or change your booking within one month after registration a fee of 50 euro is charged. After this period cancellation will not result in a refund. Changes made more than one month after registration will result in an additional charge of 75 euro.
