Please note that by booking you accept our terms and conditions. We expect you to provide us with truthful information and any change in your personal details must be sent to us without delay.

If you register by means of this website you will be asked to enter your credit card details to complete your full payment for the ECVIM-CA Congress and any of the other events.
If you register after the 1st of August the congress fee will be increased with € 50.00 (irrespective if registration is done online or on-site).
After registering and if your payment has been settled you will receive an email confirming your registration.

If you wish to cancel or change your booking within one month after registration a fee of 50 euro is charged. After this period cancellation will not result in a refund. Changes made more than one month after registration will result in an additional charge of 75 euro.

We cannot be held responsible and are not responsible for any damage caused by using this website or providing us incorrect information or not informing us of any change in your circumstances. If you wish to change any of your personal details it can be done without charge.
