Please note that by booking you accept our terms and conditions. We expect you to provide us with truthful information and any change in your personal details must be sent to us without delay.

If you register by means of this website you will be asked to enter your credit card details to complete your full payment for the ECVIM-CA Congress and any of the other events.
If you register by mail/fax (by contacting the secretary) a complete transcript of all your credit card details must be provided and authorized by your signature at the same time. If you register by mail/fax and your payment is not received within 1 week your registration will be cancelled and you will have to register on-site.

If you register after the 1st of August the congress fee will be increased with € 50.00 (irrespective if registration is done online or on-site).

After registering and if your payment has been settled you will receive an email confirming your registration. If you book by normal mail or fax and if your payment has been settled you will receive a confirmation email if you have provided us with an email address, otherwise a letter will be sent out confirming your registration.

When you collect your registration package at the conference, which can be done (if pre-registered) on Wednesday in the congress centre and during the conference you will be asked to personally sign that you have received your congress material and agree with our general conditions, guarantee and warranty. Your congress materials will include one copy of the proceedings, name tag, coupons for social activities (if applicable) and a certificate of attendance. If you loose any of these they will only be provided after full payment for the item lost.

We cannot be held responsible and are not responsible for any damage caused by using this website or providing us incorrect information or not informing us of any change in your circumstances. If you wish to change any of your personal details it can be done without charge.
