Hotels in Ghent

September is one of the busiest months of the year. And with only 1700 hotel rooms available in Ghent we advise you to book early. We do not have real 'cheap' congress rooms nor do we have a specific congress hotel. However in five hotels (see list below) we have options on several hotel rooms. If you want one of these simple email or phone to this hotel and tell them that you are an ECVIM-CA Congress delegate. They are available until the end of June 2008. After this date we do not have any hotel rooms in reservation nor can we assist you in finding one.

 The five hotels with reservations are:

MONASTERIUM POORTACKERE  (€115 single to 130 € double) 30min walk, 20min tram

HOTEL GRAVENSTEEN  (€120 single to 140 € double) 40min walk, 20min tram

HOTEL NH  (€115) 25min walk, 4min car

EXPRESS BY HOLIDAY INN  (€105 ) - about 5min by car, 10min by tram or bus, 20-30min walk

HOLIDAY INN EXPO  (€110 single to €129  double) - about 5min by car, 10min by tram or bus, 20-30min walk

An alternative to find a hotel room is to use facilities such as www.bookings.com or for cheaper B&B's use www.bedandbreakfast-gent.be.

 Once more: September is a very busy month and it might be difficult to find a room if you start looking in August. And after June 2008 we can not assist you anymore.
