The ECVIM-CA congress is organised by the 'Executive Committee' (EC) that executes the daily business, a 'Local Organizing Committee' (LOC) that organises things at a local level and a 'Scientific Committee' (SC) that is responsible for the scientific programme.

The EC consists of 8 members: a chairman (Dr. Dominique Peeters), a vice-chairman (Prof. Dr. Mike Herrtage, ECVIM-CA board representative), a treasurer (Dr. Hans Kooistra), a chairman-elect (Dr. Xavier Roura), a past-chairman (Dr. Paul Mandigers) and 3 members (Dr. Bernhard Gerber; program director, Dr. Alex German; abstracts and scientific content, and Susanne Pauwels; secretariat).
