The ICC Ghent is ideally situated. The city of Ghent is located centrally in Europe on an axis of highways between Amsterdam, London, Paris and the German ‘Ruhrgebiet’. This vibrant university and art city is located along 2 of Belgium’s main highways, and is only 45’ away from Brussels Airport, the national airport at Zaventem. The ICC ghent itself is situated in the middle of Ghent’s ‘green lung’, the Citadelpark. Its close neighbors are the museums S.M.A.K. (contemporary art) and Schone Kunsten (fine arts) and visitors find themselves at only walking distance of the international St.-Pieters train station and the historical city centre. The convention center has its own, secured underground parking for 218 cars, other extensive parking possibilities are located in the vicinity making the convention center very accessible by both private and public transport.

Within the ICC Ghent you will find a number of multifunctional rooms that allow events of all sorts:
from international congresses, meetings, press conferences and seminars to happenings, parties, product presentations, concerts and fashion shows. Every room has perfect light- and sound accommodations and can be adjusted to the individual needs of each customer. The ICC ghent offers amongst others the possibility of a full day program for a thousand guests with a plenary sitting in the Auditorium, simultaneous workshops, followed by a traditional buffet or walking (networking) dinner. An ever successful combination for both organizer and guests.

The ICC Ghent takes pride in its long experience in hosting conferences, congresses, press conferences and manifestations with an international character ranging from economical, to scientific or scholarly topics.
